Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of TryTattoo, clearly and without unnecessary jargon. TryTattoo is the English version of the same service operated behind tatouageia.fr.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern access to and use of TryTattoo, a platform for generating tattoo designs with artificial intelligence.

2. Acceptance

Using the service implies full acceptance of these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Account

Creating an account is required to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

TryTattoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of a violation.

5. Ownership of generated designs

The designs you generate belong to you for personal use (getting tattooed, printing, sharing). Commercial use (resale, integration into a product that is sold) is reserved for the Pro and Studio plans.

TryTattoo keeps a non-exclusive right to use generated designs to improve the service and for demonstration (public gallery), unless you explicitly object.

6. Plans and billing

The free plan includes a limited number of generations. Paid plans and credit purchases are billed through our payment provider, Stripe. The applicable price is shown before you confirm a purchase. If you are a consumer, your statutory withdrawal rights may apply, subject to the rules on digital content that is supplied immediately with your agreement.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is". TryTattoo aims for maximum availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Maintenance may take place without prior notice.

8. Liability

TryTattoo cannot be held liable for how the generated designs are used, in particular their physical execution by a third-party tattoo artist. You alone are responsible for your choice of tattoo artist and for the final result.

9. Changes

These Terms may be amended. Users will be notified of material changes by email or through the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, as the operator is established in France. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
